the location was acceptable. it is near many attractions.
the room provided was not clean. there were crumbs and fluff on the carpet when i arrived. i also found rubbish from previous guests in the drawer.

i enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. the room felt modern and boutique. my bed was so comfy and i slept well.
the shower was cold. the bathroom also felt small. there were no staff available in the building at times.

the location was great, it was quiet too. the bed was very comfortable. the room was clean, and check in and out were easy.
Parking did not work on the app. I hope i won't get a fine. a shelf in the bathroom would be helpful. The room felt cramped.

staff was friendly if needed. check-in was easy, and i had no problems. i did not require much assistance, everything went smoothly, and the staff were helpful.

The hotel is right on the promenade. it is easy to catch trams if needed. the hotel offers convenient access to transportation. That was a plus.
